Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Architectural and detailed design of the Pesebreras Hacienda Sierra Morena project in the municipality of Nilo. Cundinamarca, Colombia in an approximate area of ​​3,200 M2 using structural masonry, reinforced concrete and structural wood systems. We also implemented a drinking water treatment system, catchment works, reservoirs and distribution networks.

We collaborated with a distinguished client who owned Paso Fino horses and had high standards. We managed to deliver the project satisfactorily, meeting specifications, deadlines and budget. The experience of working with propus has been pleasant; His team always showed respect and professionalism.
