We sell indoor pickleball memberships, court time, lessons, and a pro-shop retail items for our guests.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Profiles to help us get the word out about our business and our Grand Opening ribbon cutting ceremony. We hoped to obtain 100 paid membership by the end of January 2024.

We asked Profiles to get local TV coverage, local radio morning and afternoon radio personalities to attend events, and obtain print and digital media coverage about our opening and the services we offer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

100 paid memberships and 300 unpaid memberships. We exceeded unpaid memberships by 200, but as of today, 1/9/24 missed paid memberships by 43. We may still achieve that goal by 1/31/24.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Profiles did a great job and was very professional the entire time. Profiles met the ribbon cutting ceremony timeline and exceeded our expectations by obtaining TV coverage for the ribbon cutting ceremony and two additional events, So Baltimore, and Where’s Marty.
