Packetlabs was able to discover vulnerabilities that other testers had not found. In that way, the project was a success. Their reports are also easy to follow and share with team members which makes remediation and internal communication go smoothly as well. Their team as a whole are easy to work with and we enjoy doing projects with them.

We would have liked a better explanation of the Assumed Compromise for our EDR 3rd party so we could have included it into the pen test in time. There was a fundamental misunderstanding on both of our parts in what was needed to include into the SOW. We have a plan to remediate this now.

Packetlabs Ltd. helped us with objective-based penetration testing. The initial phase is the identification of important IT infrastructure assets and data. These were the targets for testing. The team then set the timeline and objectives of the project, and from there, they proceeded with the testing. Their resources provided both on- and off-site services for this. We aimed to identify gaps and inefficiencies in our infrastructure that malicious attackers could leverage.

We worked with 3–5 teammates from Packetlabs Ltd. There was a project manager and a cybersecurity testing team.

Packetlabs Ltd. always exceeded my expectations for the services they’ve delivered. They provided an extremely comprehensive report of their findings with recommendations for corrective actions. Overall, the quality of their work was excellent.

They met our deadline and budget. To communicate, we had regularly scheduled project meetings. They also participated in on-site meetings.

Packetlabs Ltd.’s testing tactics are unique and more comprehensive compared to most other security testers.

No, there weren’t any. I was truly satisfied with their services.

We have an assigned project manager to our account, Julia. Julia is great to work with.Julia does a great job with keeping me up to date on-going projects. There has been many occasion where we as customer will have last minute request to do a pen test on a system. Julia always finds a way to make it work and delivery the report on time for us.

The knowledge & the experience Packetlabs has in the pen testing industry is very impressive. The team always goes above and beyond to make sure the client's needs come first. They do a great job at finding security vulnerabilities in the systems they are testing and do a great job at the reporting part. They are very helpful when it comes to explaining the findings in detail to our team.

The experience, education of all the team members involved. We have had several security tests over the years but PacketLabs was the most in-depth testing we have conducted.

The only item would be the scales or framework the use to result scores. We were not familiar with the overall score in the report and how it was achieved. PacketLabs provided additional information to the County to address this.

• Packetlabs went beyond what we would have expected. Their tests were very thorough, and they uncovered many aspects that we would have never been aware of. As a result, I feel confident and comfortable that our environment is much more secure and safe.

Packetlabs was not only always onetime, but they were flexible as we moved though this project. Dates and times were shifted as we need, and everything they promised to do was always done on time. Response was beyond exceptional. Their pentester was always quick to respond to questions, and even dove into ways we could implement controls to ensure a solid and secure environment. Alan took so much time with me, and I could tell it was important for him to ensure we had all our issues resolved.

Their project management was excellent. We had regular status calls, and I was kept up to date on all activities. To communicate, we used Google Meet.
