We hired Ryzeo to create automated email flows to integrate with our online shopping experience. We had a Welcome Series and an Abandoned Cart Series.

I had worked with Ryzeo in the past. They are the only software I'm aware of that will integrate with AMS and they have incredible customer service.

The team set up automatic flows on our behalf that integrated with our AMS online shopping cart. The goal was to recapture potentially missed sales through email that reacted to individual consumer behavior.

I worked with two team members. Drew has been my primary contact and he is a Client Success Manager.

Ryzeo helped drive 75% of sales in September ($16k touched / $21k total)

The workflow was great! The Ryzeo team was very responsive and attentive. They are a fantastic group to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The easy access to the support team, their quick response time, and how much assistance they provide in the set up process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I thought the backend reporting software could have had a bit deeper level of reporting.

How did you select this vendor?

I do not remember the specifics of how we came across them. They may have reached out to us or we may have found them through a web search. We had worked with several email companies in the past, but none was a great fit. Either way, the qualities mentioned under "What did you find most impressive about this company?" are what sealed the deal.

Ryzeo offers multiple email services. We initially signed up for the abandoned cart emails. These go to customers who add something to the shopping cart but don't complete the purchase. There are additional emails for those who view a product or category page. We also have an opt-in pop-up. However, we are very careful about not overwhelming shoppers. Ryzeo's system is highly customizable, so you can make sure potential customers only get the number of emails you want them to, and no more. I could go into more detail, but it gets very intricate. Their system is quite advanced and cool. I haven't seen many like it. You have a great amount of control over how it works.

What was the team composition?

It's been over four years with them and we have worked almost exclusively with one rep. Don't know if I can mention names on here but we have been very satisfied with his service and intimate familiarity with the technology. Not too many technology companies have that kind of employee retention and that says something.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Absolutely. Probably our most beloved feature of Ryzeo is something I didn't even mention in the earlier section. They helped us develop a custom email that goes to customers and asks for a review of the product they purchased. I know there are other ways to do this but again the level of personalization we had with linking it to the order/product information and back to the review page, wording our messages exactly how we wanted...everything is seamless and this was a modest fee beyond our regular monthly charge. Since implementing the custom product review email, we have thousands of excellent reviews from actual customers. And we publish all good-faith reviews, even if they are not 4 or 5 stars. Our website has been improving in the search engine rankings and I believe these reviews are a big part of that!

Our Ryzeo rep is excellent at communication and follow-up. If anything, our internal team has been the limiting factor of a top-notch collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was immediately impressed by the personal attention given to my unique situation. I tend to have a lot of detailed questions. I like to understand how our systems are working and have direct input based on what I want for the company. Ryzeo provided that human element that is missing from so, so many companies (most?) these days. They listened to my questions and concerns, addressed them in expert detail, and most important, made me feel like an intelligent human being with legitimate input and not a number/case/lead.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

They have been flexible with us regarding our services and pricing, but you have to ask. There are only so many "out-of-the-box" solutions they offer. If none is right for your company, propose something custom and they may work with you.

We searched online for applications that will be compatible with our shopping cart. The deciding factors was basically based on price and recommendation from our It guy. The knowledge they shared during the demo process was also a big factor.

We went over our goals and decided on a email automation plan that would improve our conversion rate and increase our email customer base. We provided the needed graphics for the website pop-ups and they provided the text for each step of the automation.

The email automation has produced at the highest 27% click rate and a 12% conversion

We have zoom meetings to go over the growth charts and can email them with any questions or concerns we have which works well with our schedules.

Very impressed with the current results that we are seeing in a short period but also we are learning that they provide many more services that may work with us in the future.

They're currently doing a great job.

This is one of their greatest strengths. Our team has been very hands off in the process and the Ryzeo team has handled everything for us.

They are a one-stop-shop for all things email. Instead of relying on the customer to set things up they have a team to do it for you.

With the addition of the new user interface there is nothing I would improve.

We have seen increased open, click through and conversion rates on our email marketing campaigns. All of the abandonment emails and welcome and post purchase emails have added an element to our business that we were missing for almost 20 years. Those emails have really helped us with customer retention.

Drew has been great since day one of working with us. He is great at explaining everything and following up with me to make sure everything is dialed in.

After doing much research, we came across Ryzeo as a qualified and cost effective vendor. They have a great presence in their intro meeting and have many options to grow our business.

We used their software to integrate with Magento and allow for easy use for our employees. Cart Abandonment, Search, Category, and Welcome pans have all been put in place to capture more clients. They then receive an email to guide them back to their purchases on our site. We also have a personalized dashboard to make reporting easy.

We are in the early stages of our campaign, but so far we are hitting our initial goals and are continuing to grow.

We were already using streamsend but was using constant contact before for our newsletter. We found out that Ryzeo was capable to help us with our newsletters so we decided to switch.

We worked with Drew with our newsletters and he was sending them at first to make sure everything was sending correctly to our customers and then he turned it over to us so we can then create and send our own.

Drew has been great with making sure we are taken care of and know what we are doing. We had a zoom meeting, where he shared his screen so we were able to see step by step on how to create and share our own newsletters.

It is still a little soon for any stats on the newsletters but from what we are seeing is that when we send out the newsletter we are getting sales from the products that we are advertising.

We have been working with Drew and he has been very responsive and helpful. If we have any questions, he emails us back quickly.

Once again Drews customer support is fantastic. There are many companies that we have to contact and not all of them have the responsiveness that Drew has had with us. So thank you!
