Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We approached The Reach when we were a period of transition between startup with many fingers in many pots to a cohesive and trustworthy brand in the healthcare data market. The scope of work included a full reimagining of the brand identity including logo, color scheme, typeface, icons, suggested images. Alongside this were mockups of a new website, business cards and other printed materials which incorporate all of these elements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a Figma file containing all of the deliverables described above as well as a slide deck that we were able to use to present to our stakeholders.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Reach demonstrated impeccable and professional project management from start to finish. I was kept in the loop at every stage, communicated with clearly and promptly and felt that any concerns I had were very quickly addressed and resolved. The team set up a chat group for us all to speak on the project and share materials and feedback quickly. One specific concern I had was that being in a very nuanced very specific niche within B2B healthcare, that most people do not understand the business until they have taken a long time to digest it. 

However I should not have been worried at all, as Alex and Yuliya are exceptional at understanding businesses at their core, and converting that understanding into a compelling overarching brand identity from which other brand assets can be developed. The Reach aren't just designers, they really understand business and will help you achieve your business goals through the vehicle of brand and marketing.

The results speak for themselves. Outstanding work. Their outstanding work was a testament to their formidable skill stack across data gathering, clear communication, project management, and their eye for and ability to craft aesthetic assets.

Are there any areas for improvement or something THE REACH. could have done differently?

I believe there is always room to improve in any field or skillset. But for me, this has been a 10/10 experience.
