Industry research survey including:

• Assist client with determining a research goal and storyline
• Assist client with finding a third-party vendor for the audience panel
• Draft an approximately 5 minute or 20-30 question survey
• Program and test the survey
• Launch the survey in the field
• Manage the survey in the field, including conducting a soft launch review once 10% of responses are received
• Clean and analyze the data, including cross-tabbing up to 10 questions for additional insights

Provide a key takeaway slide deck Report writing including:

• Report that will incorporate original research results
• Up to 4 interviews with internal SMEs or customers
• Outline and three rounds of the draft for review and approval
• Provide suggested pull-quotes/sidebars for graphic designer
• Proofed final copy according to brand style guide or CMS format if no style guide is exists
• Delivered as Word or Google document

FInal designed report delivery, including:

• The final phase of the original research project will involve designing the report for Automox.
• Working primarily with client to design and project manage a marketing report that will be used across multiple platforms as well as accompanying social media graphics for promotional purposes.
• Will be delivering high quality typography, layout, and graphic design services including inspiration mood boards, report theme concepts for review and selection and data visualization designs for the following: (1) client marketing report and (2) social media graphic designs for promotional purposes.
• Final deliverables in agreed high quality file formats (such as PDF, and .jpeg).

I was extremely pleased with the level of project management from Redpoint. Becky set a specific schedule at project kick-off and was diligent about meeting each and every deadline. She even worked with us to speed up timelines to account for shifting needs on our end. In my experience, this kind of commitment to delivery and customer requests is rare – and Becky knocked it out of the park.
