I’m the chief strategy officer of a legal tech company. We help businesses get started by automating all the document creation during the incorporation process.

We needed to improve our SEO through the creation, publication, and syndication of data-driven editorial content across the Internet.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stacker Studio works on SEO, keyword research, and backlinking. We’ve partnered with them to create a content strategy that aligns with our brand to achieve our performance marketing goals.

We’ve worked with several Stacker Studio employees. I work directly with the CEO, and some members of my team work with account managers and members of the content team.

We found them through a referral. We heard about them and knew them within the SEO space for a long time.

We’ve spent between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed the contract in July 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We look at the referral traffic, domain rating, and the number of domains linking to us. Overall, Stacker Studio has met our expectations.

How did Stacker Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great. They deliver on time and stay on budget. We communicate through Zoom and email. We also use a lot of Google Sheets and Google Docs to share ideas and collaborate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The reach of their publisher network is excellent. Moreover, Stacker Studio stands out for the quality of their content. We want to collaborate more with them; we’re excited to introduce new projects.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any constructive feedback.

Partner with them and trust their experience. They know how to create content that drives engagement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the engagement with a couple of calls to help Stacker Studio understand what our brand does and who our audiences are. They then proposed a few different topics that they thought would be relevant. We picked a topic that we thought fit our needs the best, and then they created the content around it with our guidance. They ran that content bias for review, and once we approved it, they distributed it to some of their media partners.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

An article that Stacker Studio created for one of our businesses got over 150 mentions. That was a very successful media distribution from top media sources.

How did Stacker Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Stacker Studio has performed well in terms of project management. They use Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets in order to keep us abreast of what was going on.

We typically communicate through phone calls, emails, and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Stacker Studio has created exceptional content for us. They’ve delivered exactly what I expected and needed. We’re impressed with their customer service, efficiency, communication, and organization. Overall, it’s been a joy working with them.

No, I have no complaints. Stacker Studio is an incredible company.

Anybody working with them needs to understand the value of media distribution and SEO for their business.

We needed help with SEO and backlinking.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stacker Studio provides us with SEO and backlinking services. First, they led a discovery phase and then a strategy session. Next, we had multiple rounds of an iterative process that enabled us to select the articles they would run. We provided some keywords that had worked for us, and they helped us determine which ones would be best to utilize. They focus on increasing our visibility, ranking, and setting up backlinks. 

What is the team composition?

We primarily work with two teammates from Stacker Studio, including an account lead. 

How did you come to work with Stacker Studio?

I don’t recall exactly how we found them. However, I believe Stacker Studio contacted us, explained what they could provide, and invited us to have a more detailed conversation about what we do and how. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend roughly $8,000 per month. So far, we’ve spent around $24,000 in total. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Stacker Studio’s work, we’ve improved our Domain Authority (DA) rating substantially. Previously, we scored 21; we’re currently at 35 and will continue to increase. Additionally, we’ve seen increases in search engine ranking for keywords, referral traffic, and lead generation. Stacker Studio is great; the team has been awesome since the initial phase. They run a very smooth and detailed process.

How did Stacker Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re perfect at project management; the team is always on time. They also have great communication all around and good follow-up. We use email and Google Met to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Stacker Studio’s strengths are their great communication, strategy, and writers. They don’t overpromise, and they have a good analytics team. On top of that, they’re great people. Overall, they do really good work, and I love working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re great. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared with what you really want. If you’re lacking SEO and you’re not ranking extremely high, they’re the perfect partner to increase your backlinks fast. You’ll see great results within six months. Additionally, if you don’t currently have DA in your field, Stacker Studio is the partner you should talk to.

I'm always on the look out for new digital PR agencies to assist our growth in multiple markets.

Deliverables were as Stacker suggested so we are very pleased with the work so far.

The workflow is good and very effective resulting in minimal issues.

Stacker Studio was able to very quickly understand our needs and create a plan to deliver what we wanted.

Any improvements would relate to expanding their products and services which is something they have been discussing and have been keen to get feedback on.

For each of the articles we create, we decided on a headline, the Stacker team puts together a pitch, I approve that, then they write the first draft and we go through revisions from there.

I've been very happy with the results, we get high-quality backlinks and our domain authority has improved.

Our account manager is very responsive and good at following up.

It's the first company I've worked with that can get us good backlinks in a reputable way.

There have been some topics we've had to have more rounds of edits on, but they're always open to feedback.
