A PoC was built and quickly ended up as a greatly appreciated product for all of our clients.

Demands per the clients' needs required the developers to know the domain and be able to handle incoming requests/requirements accordingly, within a tight communication loop with the team and the product owner in order to find synergy effects and deliver the right things on time. This lead the consultants to be very independent within the scope of the project.

The consultants are on par with the level of expertise we need, but to a favorable price in comparison to consultants found on a national level. The remote collaboration worked flawlessly within the team.

The agreement should have contained annual price adjustments to be fitted into the future budgets, and not need the overhead time of discussing positions and new prices on a yearly basis.

Deliverables include the complete platform and a data usage collection tool that allowed us to provide our clients with the best customer service experience. They continue to work with us on additional components as needed.
