ANAAKA Market Scanner App, a custom Android application and cloud-based admin dashboard for a global premium skincare and haircare brand. The app will enable field researchers to collect real-time competitor data—including product photos, pricing, GPS location, promotions, and retail information , from stores across multiple countries. The system will feature offline data capture, cloud synchronization, advanced filtering, analytics, map visualization, and reporting, providing ANAAKA with a centralized platform to monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and pricing intelligence. The solution should be scalable, secure, and designed with a modern, premium user experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivered in 3 weeks (early vs. planned deadline), with 9 active field/admin users onboarded, 34 city/country locations and 8 currencies configured, and full offline sync so field agents in stores could submit data without reliable internet.

I’m the director of technology at Pioneer Healthcare Services, a staffing agency specializing in placing therapists, nurses, and education professionals in clinical facilities and school districts across the US.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tron AI?

We’ve hired Tron AI to create two AI voice agents.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tron AI has built AI and action agents from scratch to eliminate manual processes. The team has also created a portal to track all commissions with intricate criteria. We’ve created an agent to work as an after-hours answering service, and it’s integrated into our Salesforce to create follow-up tasks for recruiters associated with the record. If it’s associated with the AM team, it sends them an email. The agent can also create records in Salesforce and schedule meetings on our recruiters’ calendars for follow-up calls.

Regarding the portal, we’re manually running commissions, so it pulls data from Salesforce. Based on the total hours worked by the candidates for recruiters and their gross margin, there are different payouts for them in commission. We’ve had to test and ensure the UI is easy to use.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Tron AI.

How did you come to work with Tron AI?

We found them through Upwork. When we spoke during the interview, Tahir’s English was very good, and the way he elaborated and explained projects was very appealing to us. His thought process and how he handled projects were so detailed that he seemed like he could be a big benefit to our company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.
