I initially reached out to them after I had registered my business for other legal aspects, such as the utilization of privacy agreements, document preparation, review, legal advice, and court representation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most notable evidence is how Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A. settled a land dispute with a big energy company that was going to take up 50 feet of my land. They contacted the company, filled out all the documents, contested their plans, and ended up winning the case — they’re not taking even a single tree from my property.

In addition, they also made the area into a pollinator restoration zone, which was above and beyond what I expected.

Their project management is very effective and they were able to get a lot of documentation done for me, such as my app’s privacy policy, EULA, federal tax ID, and trademark.
