I’m the EVP of global operations for an IT asset management solutions company for the networking industry. We use proprietary platforms to automate and optimize data-driven lifecycle management for large vendors, service providers, and resellers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Uptic IO LLC?

We needed to modernize our existing RACS platform into a cloud-native foundation to support global growth and product evolution. We also needed to enable regional data-sovereignty and partner-specific configurations to meet compliance and partner branding demands. Additionally, we wanted to accelerate feature delivery and engineering velocity to outpace competitors and respond more rapidly to customer requests. We also wanted to establish a scalable, repeatable infrastructure and deployment model so operations were more efficient and cost predictable. Lastly, we wanted to redesign the UI/UX experience to deliver customizable dashboards for end users and co-branded interfaces for partners to improve usability, engagement, and brand flexibility.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uptic IO LLC has been transforming our entire platform. They’ve reduced our release cycles from months to days through automated CI/CD pipelines. They’ve also built a modern, modular UI in React to enable user-configurable dashboards and partner-branded experiences without engineering overhead. The platform supports both single-tenant and multi-tenant deployments, meeting strict data-sovereignty and branding requirements across global regions. Uptic IO LLC has also modernized our infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL/RDS, Terraform) to improve scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.

However, our internal users are greatly satisfied, and our sales demos have provided positive feedback.

Uptic's cloud engineering team implemented a Cl/CD environment using Azure DevOps and built a cloud-native application with modular microservices, delivering core functionality on day one. This architecture enabled rapid feature releases and key benefits, including:
