Ubertesters provided full crowdtesting services for the Viber app. They tested core features like messaging, calls, and media sharing across various devices, OS versions, and locations. The team also checked UI/UX, localization accuracy, and app performance under different network conditions. Regular regression testing was done after each update or fix.

• The project led to a significant improvement in app quality. Over
• 95% of critical bugs were identified and resolved before release. We saw a 40%
• reduction in the app’s crash rate in the tested versions. User-reported issues decreased

• languages. Additionally, our release cycles became faster due to fewer QA bottlenecks.

For each project, Ubertesters assigns a professional project manager, along with a community manager, responsible for locating the best fitted testers and testing devices. All tests were done on time and within budget with excellent results - many bugs were found that could have never  been found using tranditional QA processes in the lab. Ubertesters employees are very flexible. 
We could easily approach anyone in the company from the project manager to Ubertesters CEO. Their service is superb with a lot of attention to details. Their home-grown management platform is very advanced and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company understands that each customer has its own specific requirements, and tailors the solutions to these needs. For example, in one of our products we had to test some very specific payments systems, used in far-eastern countries. Ubertesters targetted and found very quickly a group of testers from these countries that could use these specific payment methods. 
After just a couple of days the test was done and all results were presented to us in a consice manner, so we could launch the product with confidence.

No, we are completely satisfied with Ubertesters Inc.
