We at Summit Estate are thrilled to share our positive experience working with Webserv, our PPC partner. From the outset, we provided Webserv with a list of challenges and pain points that we were facing with our previous PPC vendor. We wanted to spend less than $1,000/day while still achieving our goal of 10 detox/residential clients a month, something that our previous vendor was unable to deliver.

One of our consistent pain points was the underperformance of mobile ads and conversion rates for those clicks. Webserv quickly addressed this issue by creating mobile-optimized landing pages that significantly increased mobile conversion rates. They also implemented a targeted approach to trigger more relevant search terms, delivering ads to the right audiences that were in need of our services.

Furthermore, they re-evaluated our campaign structure and conversion attribution models, providing the Google Ads platform with better conversion data. We are thrilled that our ad spend has decreased by 61%, from $129060.19 in Q3 2022 to $50707.65 in Q1 2023.

We’re actually getting calls from the website, and I can see through my portal how many people are visiting the site and how long their spending on it. It’s a significantly longer amount of time than it used to be, and we’re converting a lot more calls and map searches.

Over the scope of six months, our platform has gained more and more traction. Starting with almost nothing, our traffic has increased by 500%. Within a three-month period, we’ve gone from a Google ranking of one or two to a 21.

From my understanding, SEO results are a long-term process. Our platform has a better standing amongst competitors now. Window To Recovery has done an outstanding job of quickly getting us to where we wanted to rank.

They did a phenomenal job. The layout isn’t cookie-cutter like a lot of other treatment centers. They built up our rankings and gave us useful tips. I really thought we should do PPC ads, but they advised that we would be better off focusing on organic search. SEO takes a few months to have an impact, but we’ve definitely made enough to pay for their services through the rest of the year.
