I’m the CEO of Apparel Impact, a family and veteran-owned textile recovery company. We reduce waste, maximize the value of used clothing, and provide clothing to communities across the Northeast.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The benefit of York IE’s work has been visibility and control. We now know exactly what’s in our warehouse, what’s shipping, and how it connects to revenue. It has improved efficiency, reduced mistakes, and positioned us to scale with confidence in an industry that still relies heavily on outdated systems.We had weekly meetings to show progress on the design, development, application, and backend foundation. Each week, there were measurable outcomes. For example, our inventory is now tracked live and not dependent on memory or whiteboards. Shipments and shipment documents are now live and auto-populated for customers and internally, reducing errors and increasing efficiency and speed. Access to data is at our fingertips. Our error rate has gone down 90%, and our time savings is estimated at 160 hours per year.
