Artiffine has been a valuable partner for us since the beginning. The only area where we believe there is room for improvement is in having better visibility into the progress of specific tasks and subprojects, including what has been completed and estimated completion dates. However, they have always provided us with this information upon request.

When dealing with such complex concepts it was very reassuring to know that we had teammates that took us through every step of this journey explaining in Layman's terms.They were quick to respond to any issues that arose, during our most critical sales periods.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to connect legal issues with technical and technological solutions is impressive. Very often with agencies, lawyers or consultants there are specialists in certain fields that sometimes have trouble communicating with other parties. In the case of Artiffine they had team members in house that capable of working with one another to execute and deliver solutions to complex and multifaceted problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Artiffine could have done differently?

The most important goals for us were legal compliance and a functioning technical solution. However we could have spent a little more time working on the design of the platform if we had more time.

We ran the project via calls, and Artiffine delivered on time (even ahead of time) with all necessary specs and extra documentation. We had some minor delays from our side and they couldn't have been more gracious, including answering emails from their holidays.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had zero issues with the site and zero errors on either side once we hit production. Feedback was extremely positive and the most common comment was that everything ran incredibly smoothly.

Excellent communication, constant updates, extra documentation included and proactive help on any and all of the necessary parts of the puzzle. Terms were explained in a clear, concise manner which left it easy to understand and manage the project from our end.

The Artiffine team, including Jan, conducted effective consultations with us, which began with an analysis of the project and ended with a few hours of consultations during which we received answers to all our questions, which allowed us to continue working on the project with peace of mind. In summary, our legal assessment was confirmed by specialist Dr Jan.
