They have designed UX/UI and developed an e-commerce web app for selling car parts. They have delivered all the source code, Figma design, user guideline, and warranty term.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On-time delivery, quality web performance, low-cost maintenance and architecture, prompt issue solving

They were quite slow at the beginning but made sure they well understand what my clients need. Sometimes there were delays in sprint delivery but mostly come from my client's change request and materials prepared. But all good with the team because they have experience, and enthusiasm in consulting.

They discussed my client's ideas and were easy to work with. Although they are a young team, but most of them have experience working in big projects and well-known companies. Their pricing is also reasonable for our budget.

We have an intern app use for internal and customer which written in Go before, performance go slowly when app scale to more customer. We decide to hire Astroni for make the app faster and add some more features: 

• Migrate from mono to K8s: Include infrastructure, code review and update to make it work with K8s architecture 
• Fix and update some UI on React Native mobile App 
• Add Chat feature to to App(Go API Websocker BE and React Native Mobile)

They use a tool called Sprint, come from Zoho. They use daily meeting which communicate about features to make sure all align They have demo every week(one week sprint, except first 2 weeks)

• They have a very good design sense 
• They develop very fast but code quality is also good

I feel 100% good about what they've done with the app, So i can not give more ideas at the moment.
