Marketing Coordinator for Group Management Services. We are a Certified Professional Employer Organization, partnering w small to mid-sized business to manage all of their administrative functions. We handle everything from Payroll to HR, Benefits and Workers' Compensation.

They handle everything from general website maintenance to digital marketing. That entails SEO, Social, Content, and Marketing Automation.

What was the team composition?

We work with Ryan as the Digital Marketing Manager, who oversees Alex (content), Trisha (social and ads), Lily (content and SEO).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have experienced the highest volume of web traffic month and month this year!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. I am always able to get someone in an emergency and they are very responsive to any needs we have.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a culture, where I feel confident in the person I will be working with at any level of their company. They are an honest, innovative and hard-working group that makes things easy on their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can think of.... Any of the issues we have are typically related to the general tech issues every company runs into.
