I’m a sales executive for JH Industries, we sell Copperloy loading dock equipment.

What challenge were you trying to address with ADVAN?

We hired ADVAN to help increase our internet presence and improve our ranking in search results.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ADVAN’s process is a mutual effort, so we agree on all ideas, and then Julie (Owner, ADVAN) incorporates the new strategies. They implement new keywords and also write content to get more people on our website. 

What is the team composition?

Julie is our main point of contact. 

How did you come to work with ADVAN?

We saw ADVAN’s mailer and knew we weren’t happy with our current provider, so we reached out. During our first meeting, Julie highlighted how her services are different from others, and we were very interested in her strategies to reach our goals. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2017 and our engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve achieved all of the goals we’ve set. For several of the keywords we are targeting, we’ve reached the first position on search results. We’re really happy with their efforts. 

How did ADVAN perform from a project management standpoint?

Julie has been very responsive. We have a monthly meeting with her, so we’re always kept informed on her progress. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The work is done in a timely manner and we always know the next steps in the process. Julie lets us know how long a task is taking, which is helpful. We’re satisfied with the work their company is doing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re happy at the moment so there’s nothing for them to improve.
