The purpose of this application was to design and build an Android and iOS-supporting mobile application for customers, where they can search for dishes, place an order, make payments via various modes, apply coupons and discounts, and track their orders. 

Also, a backend management system was required to manage the orders, assign orders to the internal staff, and schedule deliveries. The application was synced with the existing system of the food company to create a dashboard inclusive of various reports. The key deliverables were comprised of:

• Mobile application supporting Android and iOS platforms 
• A Dashboard system with various reports generation 
• Content Management system enabling discounts, coupons, reward points, etc. 
• Third-party integrations including Payment gateway, SMS, and GPS enablement.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our expectation with CraftedQ was to design an exclusive, easy to use and fast application for our customers, and their design insights and ideation on including latest features on technical as well as marketing perspective was recommendable. 

Initially keen wireframes were created as per the brief we have shared, which gave a good idea of how our application look like to end user and that helped us to visualize our app and to make significant updates in our requirements. They have met our expectations by introducing right people at right time at all stages of development and helped make our venture successful.

They developed a very precise project plan and delivered the application as per the plan. The plan was created in a way that delivered us complete modules in 3 milestones, which made it very convenient for us to plan for our next business steps. Since we had released the posters out to market our digital presence so it was very crucial for us to release the application on time. We are glad that the team executed plan efficiently and we were able to launch our application as per our plan.
