I am the CEO of InvestorCOM; we provide compliance software to the wealth management industry. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with CASCO Agency?

We needed a new, impactful brand identity because we’re entering the US market and our existing branding was dated. We needed to develop this branding to redesign and relaunch our website to support our new marketing strategy. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CASCO did a complete rebranding for our company. They interviewed our teammates to get a deeper understanding of our company and our values. The CASCO team also interviewed several of our customers to get a sense of our strengths to determine where we should focus our brand expression. 

They then took us through an intense branding process and created new concepts, graphics, key statements, and logos for us. 

After the rebranding, we relaunched our website using the branding materials CASCO provided. The website features resources and registration signups for webinars. 

What is the team composition?

We only worked with Diego (Creative Designer), a project manager, and graphic designers. 

How did you come to work with CASCO Agency?

CASCO was referred to me by one of their previous clients, for whom they did similar work. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in July 2018 and it is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The rebranding effort was a huge success for us. Since the relaunch, there has been a 92% increase in our website traffic, which can be partially attributed to our new marketing activities.

How did CASCO Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management was well done; everything was done in a timely fashion. We generally communicated with them over email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their creative ability really distinguishes them from other providers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for them to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Future customers need to dedicate time to CASCO’s processes and let them guide the way — processes are very effective.
