I lead Sales Enablement at an Ecomm Tech company.

We are expanding our database and were in need of research services to help identify qualified leads at scale.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Databees on a number of research projects over the last 1-2 years, and their quality of work and communication have always been great, so that made our decision easy.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

The team is responsible for taking of list of 10s of thousands of accounts missing websites and doing research to determine which have sites and which don't.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

So far we have generated over a dozen TOFU opportunities with 4 MOFU proposals, and we expect more to come.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Email communication and periodic zooms have been effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication is above-average. Our account manager Irakli goes out of his way to communicate adjustments to the estimated completion date, progress to completion stats, and general project updates.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
