I had a premise that was purely renovated and was vacant for a very long time. So I needed a contractor who could renovate, lease, and do property management for my property.

All the project took less than 4 months, the budget was exceeded by only 5% and a new tenant was found even before the renovation was finished. That was way above my expectations.
