Our product sits at the intersection of video editing and non-deterministic UI, presenting novel UX challenges. Eleken’s designer became a true thinking partner, jumping in immediately, learning the product, identifying gaps, proposing clear alternatives, iterating quickly, and collaborating directly with our engineers to keep momentum high—often helping us see around corners we were missing. 
The entire engagement process was smooth end-to-end, communication was excellent, and the result is a cleaner, more cohesive UX that meaningfully leveled up our product.

Success was simply measured by completion of the 2 main goals - app and website re-design from scratch to completion.

Several things - very professional and organized, great value for the cost, and skilled designers. Our designer actually went above and beyond and provided lots of recommendations and guidance on some of the specifics of the design. We ended up adopting almost all of her ideas.

This was our first time outsourcing this kind of work, so we weren't sure what to expect, but Eleken thoroughly impressed us throughout the engagement. I do not have any suggestions for improvement as everything went well.

The team not only addressed these challenges but also introduced entirely new workflows that streamlined processes, improved navigation, and made the platform more intuitive for users. Their key contributions included:
