The current team is highly capable and aligned with our long-term goals, and we’re looking forward to continuing our collaboration with them.

ElifTech’s software engineers joined our Swedish team as part of a joint-development project for our client. The selection process started with interviews to identify qualified candidates. Rather than general resources, we needed people with nice attitudes who had good technical skills within a specific technology focus.

We ended up choosing three people and met them in person when they initially came here for a short visit. They now continue to work remotely on this project, and we’ve also started another engagement with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The best indicator of success is that we’ve been working with the same three software engineers since July 2019. That goes to show that their team is motivated to stay on our project, and everyone is mutually happy. 

It’s a win-win situation — we provide a nice working environment with challenging projects, and they deliver good-quality work on time in return. Our customer is happy to continue working with them, too.

How did ElifTech perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re doing a good job with project management, and I’m satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their company culture stands out the most to me. The team has an open, transparent company culture, and it seems like they value their employees. They do fun things for them, which makes people want to stay and do a good job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

ElifTech’s value delivered compared to their costs might not be the highest. They’re not the least expensive, but that usually goes hand in hand with quality. They deliver quality work, so they can charge higher rates. Having said that, some more flexibility in their rates might be beneficial.

There are also some smaller challenges that we’ve faced due to their company’s size and maturity. They haven’t been around for that long, so some of their administrative processes can be a little time-consuming for us and lead to redundant work. For example, there might be mistakes on time reports and invoices. We’re fine with the admin glitches because their delivery has been great, but they could improve how they keep control of numbers.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should push their team with challenging projects because they’re capable of delivering complex solutions. If you challenge them, you’ll get an engaged, high-energy partner that will do their best to fulfill your objectives. That culture makes them a good fit for startups and young, creative entrepreneurs.

For more seasoned buyers who know what they’re looking for, you should know that ElifTech isn’t that large. They haven’t been around for as long as some of the other companies we’ve worked with, so they might not be a perfect match for bigger companies and enterprises.

Key outcomes included a higher website conversion rate through improved layout and lead capture forms, increased time spent on site due to better navigation and content structure, and positive feedback from couples using the venue comparison tool. Additionally, success was demonstrated by the number of venue profiles created, user interactions with the compare feature, and growth in inquiries or bookings attributed to the new site and directory tool. These outcomes reflected both immediate impact and long-term value.

The project management had its challenges. The original deadline was missed by several months, largely due to an unclear scope at the beginning of the project. That said, they were very flexible and committed to seeing the work through. Despite the delays, they continued making progress and did not charge any additional fees, even as the scope expanded. They were responsive to our needs throughout and made sure the final product met our expectations.

What stood out most about this company was their consistent problem-solving mindset. No matter what challenges came up, they always looked for a solution and never left things hanging. Their communication was clear and steady throughout the project, and they showed a genuine commitment to improvement—always open to feedback and eager to make things better. That level of dedication and adaptability really made a difference.

An area for improvement would be the initial discovery and scoping process. I felt I had communicated the size and complexity of the project clearly from the beginning, even expressing concern about whether it could realistically be completed by a single developer within the proposed timeline. Despite those concerns, I was repeatedly reassured that the deadlines would be met—until they began slipping significantly. The project ultimately took more than twice as long as expected. I would have appreciated a more realistic timeline from the start, which could have helped set better expectations for everyone involved.

The platform provides online currency management solutions to B2B's trading internationally. We needed them to create an interactive way for the customer to interact with Glyde, and to create a seamless user experience.

Our measurable outcomes were to develop a fully functioning front end for Glyde that covered allMVP product features. Success for us was to answer (a) Does Glyde provide a seamless user experience? (b) Does Glyde simplifying typically 'complex' currency broker services (c) Does Glyde ensure that end users can manage online FX independently. Yurii successfully achieved all of these.

IIlia was a fantastic project manager; I had regular meeting with him regarding timescales, logistics, finances and resource allocation. Everything was delivered not only before we asked for it to be done, but with exceptional quality. I couldn't recommend them enough, genuinely.

I loved everything about them. Friendly, personable, flexible and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for their clients. Yurii set himself tasks, and would go above and beyond to complete them. We wouldn't have the product we have now without him. The sales team who we spoke to first were also fantastic, hats off to Victoria and Ira - a smooth introduction, a straightforward onboarding process and generally just really nice people.

ElifTech's software engineer joined our team of developers as part of a joint development project for our client. We shared all the project requirements and tech needs for ElifTech to evaluate it and choose the best fit among their software engineers.
