Founders 3 is our real estate consultant. We’ve worked with them on several negotiations. They primarily give advice on how to optimize deals and get the most out of our decisions.

Each of our projects starts with the team analyzing the value of the property and what kind of maintenance it would need. They’ve helped me decide whether to build or buy and if the costs are worth it.
