Please describe your company and your position there.

The company is a referral marketing platform that enables referral on eCommerce sites. I am an operations manager on the sales side of the business.

Gong.io is a software company that records calls for enablement and training.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to work with our sales team to develop a consistent selling track. This software has allowed us to reflect on sales calls, review as a team, and develop training around areas of improvement.

How did you select this vendor?

We received a sales email from Gong.io regarding their services. We did not consider any competitors. Our Sales Director, COO and myself were all involved in the purchasing process. We chose this vendor based on their reputation and positive reviews.

Describe the project in detail.

The project included full-service onboarding and we have a designated account manager. I helped to onboard the team to this technology and set up the integrations.

What was the team composition?

Their team was made up of 3 people. The sales rep, our account executive, and a sales engineer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been able to review messaging as a team and provide actionable feedback. Overall goals were related to enablement and training. Gong.io has helped us to facilitate these conversations and create training for areas of improvement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been easy to implement on our team. Our account executive has provided helpful and efficient support. Communication and scheduling has been simple, they are very good at addressing our concerns and getting back to us in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The data on their platform has provided valuable insight into the sales process. The platform is very user-friendly and does not require much management.
