I am the CEO and Founder of G2TEAM Website & E-commerce Development company. G2 TEAM is an interactive agency focusing on web development, marketing and branding features. According to web development our agency also works as a software house helping business customers and companies in IT projects. In this area we specialize in providing the following services as portals, web applications, corporate websites, e-marketing strategies and effective branding. Our extensive portfolio and international work experience allow us to provide top quality IT services.

For what projects/services did your company hire HAYYDEN?

HAYYDEN is our IT Partner for Networking & Cybersecurity services. Our successful collaboration with HAYYDEN lasts for more than a year now. We as a G2TEAM company have been searching throughout the market a trusted IT Business Partner aiming Networking & Cybersecurity areas. G2TEAM incorporated HAYYDEN to our Business in order to increase the overall Cybersecurity level of our Website & E-commerce line products. HAYYDEN had been given the various tasks to execute hardening across multiple platforms, various devices and hardware. Moreover, we had already put into the HAYYDEN capable-hands several pure Networking projects including automatic Backups propagations. HAYYDEN has been also responsible for executing an ethical-hacking & performing several Websites penetration testing, and Vulnerability Assessments.

The project involved multiple Technology towers including Cybersecurity & Networking. G2TEAM established Business relationships with HAYYDEN mainly in order to considerably increase the overall Cybersecurity level of our Website & E-commerce line platforms and products. HAYYDEN conducted and applied hardening throughout multiple Websites, E-commerce platforms, as well as various physical & virtual devices. Moreover, HAYYDEN had been given task to execute an ethical-hacking & performed numerous Websites & E-commerce platforms Cybersecurity penetration testing. As the final outcome, the overall activities performed by HAYYDEN under Cybersecurity umbrella, had been wrapped up in comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment (VA) reports that could be shown to our external Clients. Other essential technology silo we had put into the HAYYDEN capable-hands was associated with the pure Networking stuff. HAYYDEN very well executed plenty of work around Networks within G2TEAM company, including routing & switching optimization, global load-balancing mechanism implementation, and some of the IoT projects. How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

HAYYDEN team involved in this project was made up of a pure Technical resources including Network & Cybersecurity Engineers, and ICT Enterprise Architect. They were all extremely focused on the target project outcomes & deliverables, that’s why there was no need to assign any dedicated Project Manager (PM) to manage and look after the HAYYDEN resources. And that's another great example of saving money thanks to HAYYDEN Business approach since all of their Technical resources were just great people to work with! They were all self-managed, self-organized, and part of the ICT self-directed team silo – fully autonomous technical & organizational tower. HAYYDEN team represents an extremely skilled group of technical resources holding capabilities to deliver end-to-end work outcomes without any supervision so there's really no need to spend any additional money on unnecessary Project Managers (PMs) roles! Throughout the whole project duration, we didn't waste a single minute on pushing them to get some outcomes or update notifications since all work progress had been well-tracked by HAYYDEN themselves as they were all very transparent in sharing project milestones & main deliverables with us. HAYYDEN proven to hold a super-proactive approach while sharing the overall progress status with G2TEAM. This significantly helped us save a lot of money since we were not required to hire or pay for any PM resource!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to distribute our backups & apply an effective global Load-Balancing mechanism across all sites. In addition, we were able to significantly increase the total Cybersecurity hardening ICT spectrum. The various & independent benchmark platforms have shown that thanks to HAYYDEN the overall Cybersecurity volume indicators have increased by approx. 60%.

HAYYDEN team has an effective & well-streamlined communication workflow process developed with their Clients. The entire HAYYDEN team silos structure shows a massive Technological Innovation capabilities and a very high-potential.
