We were in need of hiring one Senior CSM, and within a week, 4 candidates were delivered. The manner in which they were presented was extremely comprehensive - call recordings, resume, internet speed tests, personality assessments, mock tests. We had so much information in which to review each candidate to be able to gain a good understanding prior to engaging in interviews.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Of the 4 candidates delivered, our team was torn on three. In the end, we ended up hiring two of the candidates presented, as they fit our needs precisely. Few months later, and we are still beyond thrilled with both Alex and Bruno! Absolutely great additions professionally, personally, and via the quality of their work. We were so pleased with their delivery that we have come back to them for more CSM work!
