Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an executive at a company that offers non-prime customers responsible access to credit. We’re dedicated to improving the financial well-being of hardworking people.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with iQuanti, Inc.?

We were running paid search, social, and display media campaigns, and we had a previous marketing agency help manage all three channels. Although our last vendor was successful, we were looking to take the campaigns to the next level of growth while maintaining efficiency against budgets.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

iQuanti runs our paid search, paid social, and paid display media campaigns. On social media, they work primarily on Facebook and Instagram. We’ve recently expanded our scope with them and added an SEO initiative. We’ve worked closely with iQuanti on keyword research. 

What is the team composition?

We have a core team of about seven people from iQuanti. Additionally, we have an expanded team of about 12 people, including a senior account manager, an engagement manager, a lead campaign analyst, a developer, and several junior campaign analysts. 

How did you come to work with iQuanti, Inc.?

We started an RFP process when we were looking to transition agencies. iQuanti was an internal recommendation based on their experience in the financial space. After a thorough RFP process, they proved to be the top choice for what we were looking to do. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

From the start of our engagement, iQuanti understood the task at hand and assigned a proper team to accomplish it. Transitions from existing campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook aren’t always simple. The team took the time to map out the process, create a realistic timeline, and then manage that timeline to accomplish the task. 

As for campaign performance, we had very clear and aggressive forecast goals for these channels. iQuanti has achieved these goals in year one in terms of both units and cost. 

How did iQuanti, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed very well in project management; they’re responsive and organized. The team also has strong attention to detail in the day-to-day aspects of running a paid media campaign. We communicate via email and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with iQuanti’s strong optimization efforts. They understand the financial space and are very adept at finding areas of improvement.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re satisfied with all their efforts thus far.
