They meet deadlines reasonably well. Their project phases are very well structured. As a client, they eliminate all the uncertainty that usually exists in these types of projects. Communication is always smooth and pleasant.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From the outset, the LYRA team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, approachability, and commitment to our project. We are very pleased with the final result, as well as with the collaborative and transparent working process we maintained throughout the development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something lyra could have done differently?

As an area for improvement, perhaps the deadlines could have been adjusted a bit more in certain phases of the project, especially during review and validation. Even so, the team always showed a great willingness to resolve any issues.

We needed an agency with experience in developing media outlets.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lyra assisted the main team by handling auxiliary tasks in a small section of our media outlet called “Colección de libros.” They provided technical support.

Someone referred Lyra to us. They had experience with Hola! Magazine, so we chose them because our company values aligned.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lyra worked on “Colección de libros” and made optimizations in our advertising area. The visible results can be seen in the advertising and revenue area with respect to optimization in performance. Only those of us in the backend can see the results.

How did lyra perform from a project management standpoint?

Lyra usually delivered basic optimizations on time. However, larger projects like “Colección de libros” were a bit slower. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

The most standout quality of Lyra was the quality of their team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The first developer they gave us for the project was excellent. Less than a month later, they replaced him with someone more junior but very proactive. Given that the project was one of great scalability, it would have been better for Lyra to keep a senior person assisting us.

I’m the marketing manager of Amigo Tours, a tour operator company. We offer authentic, flexible guided tours led by local experts across America, Europe, and Asia. We provide over 270 daily cultural experiences in 10 countries for millions of travellers annually.

What challenge were you trying to address with lyra?

We needed to create a new and personalized platform as a CMS that included the development of the backend of our new website. We wanted our website to have a specific look and a useful UX with our own checkout process. We also needed to be integrated into the booking system where we have all our product information and availability.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lyra has developed our CMS and backend. The team has activated the technology stack and implemented and developed all necessary layers according to the product design in Figma. Lyra has adapted the Figma design to a pixel-perfect frontend layout for desktop and mobile. The team has also created a registration, login, and personal account for user authentication. Lyra has integrated a payment gateway and ensured the site's security. The team has designed and implemented the data model and backend and integrated it with a booking platform via API. Lyra has created a CMS for content and catalog management and optimized the site for SEO and migration. The team has also implemented search console, sitemap, and GA4. Lyra has conducted UI and functional testing and made optimization and final adjustments.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lyra has been highly professional and organized, consistently delivering on tasks and supporting us through challenges. We successfully launched our website at the end of 2025 with 80% of our products published. The CMS, API connection, and checkout are all working properly, allowing us to receive purchases through the site. Overall, we are meeting our objectives and continue to improve the platform with ongoing upgrades.

How did lyra perform from a project management standpoint?

Considering the complexity of the project and the unforeseen challenges we’ve encountered, most deliveries have been met on schedule. Lyra manages everything in a very organized manner and provides us with excellent service. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lyra understands our needs and is committed to solving them. They proactively propose solutions for situations where we’re unsure how to proceed and are always ready to assist whenever we need support. Their responsiveness and problem-solving approach make collaboration smooth and reassuring.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve had a very positive experience overall, and the team has done a great job so far. As we’ve moved into the upgrade phase, we’ve noticed that the level of focus and attention isn’t always the same as at the beginning, particularly after encountering a few issues following some updates. That said, we truly appreciate their work and are confident we can continue strengthening our collaboration moving forward.
