We work with LL to help us build and manage our pipeline. This allows our VP and engineers to focus on prospects that are interested in our services instead of trying to prospect. (which we are not the best at)

We were able to build over 1 million dollars worth of pipeline in 4 months and have already started to close leads within our normal sale cycle period.

Yes, working with their management team is easy and they are also flexible when we want try new things out or if we attend trade shows.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We like that they use technology to get more opportunities. However, they do not rely solely on technology to make appointments. We worked with another firm that totally transitioned over to AI and automation and when 4 months without an appointment.

Our sales are large and take a bit of time, but also this is something not a lot of people think of. So LL being able to target the people we want with calls, really allows us to talk to the companies we want to.

We have been happy so far.

We completed research and narrowed down our search to what we felt were the top appointment-setting companies. Ultimately, Launch Leads took the time to answer each question, provide clear wins and examples of their work.

We first become very familiar with each other's industries. They wanted to know what our intake process was for new clients and the types of clients that are valuable to us and which types to avoid. We then dug into their process of how they go about setting up qualified appointments for us. At the end of this process, we both had a clear understanding of what we expected from each team.

We had an account manager that was our direct contact. There were other people on their team who were in charge of specific aspects of our campaign. I also knew that if we ever had any issues, there were additional employees who could lend a hand.

The campaigns we set up together helped increase our leads dramatically. In many instances, we had a noticeable increase in the quantity and quality of leads coming in.

I am actually pleasantly surprised at how simple the integration of their team into our workflow was. They are consummate professionals who mold their processes to your lead generation efforts.

I was surprised to see how much technology goes into an appointment-setting campaign. Their use of both old and new techniques was an easy win for me.

We interviewed several candidates and determined that they would be a good fit due to competitive pricing and management support.

They outsourced call center agents to us that worked within our CRM system suite.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Bree and Misti primarily and met with them regularly to improve our process, systems and overall customer experience.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?

We were able to attain an 18-20% lead to demo conversion rate, which boosted our business significantly toward a strong position for growth.

We had a regular weekly meeting, with reactive communication done via slack. Contact timelines were tight, which enabled us to respond to issues quickly.

We developed a sincere friendship with the agents and their leadership team.

Adding additional layers of leadership was something they were working on that was an area of opportunity, although I'm sure by now they've worked that out.
