MoogleLabs created a fully functional NFT marketplace website as per our requirements. In this website, they integrated both WAVES and Polygon blockchains and allowed users to perform all desired actions on the platform.

They have excellent measures to ensure proper project management. With agile methodology at the base of their operations, they communicate their daily tasks and have a set timeline for every milestone. They communicated every shift in the deadline as per the new requirements we introduced.

We needed a company that could successfully build a machine learning tool to remotely access a device to check for damage.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When the company was looking at the various Machine learning service providers, we took the time to research the market well before zooming in on one organization. MoogleLabs representatives knew what they were talking about and offered real solutions, which made us choose them for the job.

To start, MoogleLabs started by creating a prototype of the application. Once the application was complete, it was time to add information about damage to the equipment. The machine learning aspect of the application took the data to draw conclusions about the device.

A total of four members MoogleLabs engineers worked on the project. The three engineers were responsible for the various day-to-day activities. Moreover, the project manager coordinated with the team and us to ensure we got the needed services.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have lowered our operations costs as we have a manual tool to help us understand the current condition of specific devices. The efficiency of work has improved significantly as well.

The project management was great and very proactive in identifying potential risks and mitigating them.

Our requirements were complex, and we understand that it generally requires a lot of time. However, with MoogleLabs working for us, it turned out to be a shorter affair than expected. Moreover, they are honest from the get-go, setting our expectations straight and delivering well on their created deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Project documentation could have been improved a bit.

We wanted to develop a fully microservice-based infrastructure through the DevOps methodology to improve business operations.

While looking for the correct DevOps service providers, I wanted to hire someone with enough experience to make the process smooth. MoogleLabs experts were very forthcoming with their plans, which helped the decision to hire them.

First, MoogleLabs experts took over the current infrastructure. Then, they started deploying new components and offered viable support whenever an issue arose. Simultaneously, they were steering the new and existing components towards the Micro-Service model.

We are working with a total of three engineers from the company. While two of the engineers are part of the base team, one is for backup. Their project manager oversees every aspect of the work to ensure proper results.

Their service has made it possible for the production environment to process multiple petabytes (PB) of data, that is, increasing by 300 to 400 gigabytes (GB) daily, with efficiency and in a continual work cycle.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication efforts of MoogleLabs are commendable as they use modern communication tools like Microsoft Teams to stay in touch with each other and us. Their operations are handled at the consented service-level agreement, and the support team is happy to help us through the dedicated communication channels.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

MoogleLabs solved our challenges and found the best solutions that fit our needs. Moreover, they have been very accommodating to our new ideas and always available when they are needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I personally find their work to meet the highest business standards of quality. Their level of open communication and openness to new ideas makes them extremely capable for all of our needs.
