We engaged the team to completely revitalize Dabao Singapore’s digital assets, covering both email marketing and website development. The project included two core scopes:

Email Marketing Template: Creation of a custom-coded, modular, and mobile-responsive Mailchimp template. Key deliverables included implementing dark mode compatibility, optimizing for all major email clients (including Outlook 120 DPI), and providing a fully editable template directly within our Mailchimp account for future use.

Squarespace Website Build: Development of a 6-8 page custom Squarespace website tailored for a restaurant/storytelling focus. This involved content integration, full mobile optimization, SEO setup, and configuring essential third-party integrations for ordering (Toast) and SMS marketing (Third Place).

The result is a professional, high-quality, and future-proofed digital foundation that directly supports our operational needs and brand identity.

The measurable outcomes focused on the successful technical performance and usability of the new email template:

Email Template Success: Achieved 100% rendering compatibility across all major email clients, including successful optimization for tricky clients like Outlook 120 DPI and dark mode.

Design & Efficiency: The new modular design significantly increased our team’s efficiency, reducing the time required to create a new campaign. 

Deliverability: The improved, mobile-responsive code resulted in a lower reported spam score and better overall deliverability, with open rates increasing. 

Usability: We have full ownership and control, and the provided video training allowed our team to fully utilize all the new template modules without needing custom code.

The project was executed very well, but one minor area for improvement would be to provide a more detailed initial timeline and a slightly smoother onboarding process. While all deadlines were met, receiving a more granular breakdown of the first week's milestones upfront would have helped with our internal planning. Overall, however, this is a minor note on a project that exceeded expectations in quality and responsiveness.

In addition to design, we needed the pages implemented in HubSpot and structured in a way that makes them easy for our internal teams to update and use on a daily basis.

We saw clear measurable progress from this project. The two landing pages went live smoothly in HubSpot, and the structure is now much easier for our team to maintain day-to-day. Overall, the outcome was both a better customer experience and a more efficient system for us internally.

We were commissioned by one of our clients to create a real estate investment calculator for their landing page. As the basis for this project, the client provided us with a very complex Excel spreadsheet that contained numerous interconnected formulas and extensive calculation logic. The spreadsheet was so sophisticated that even our own team struggled to fully understand how the calculations worked. Because of that, we decided to reach out to the company for support.

They took the time to carefully analyze the Excel file and then provided us with a detailed estimation of the expected effort and costs. Based on their input, we created a design concept that showed how we envisioned the calculator’s structure and appearance on the landing page. Once we sent them our design, they took over the technical implementation — and what followed truly impressed us.

We always received an initial cost estimation, which was very fair, but in several cases, the final price changed quite significantly as the project evolved — sometimes even doubling.

While this was completely understandable and justified due to the added work, it did put us in a challenging position when communicating updates to our client. A clearer upfront note that the estimate could change substantially would have helped manage expectations internally. That said, the team was always accommodating and tried hard to stay within our budget whenever possible — so this really is feedback on a very high level of satisfaction.

While the recipient pool is smaller at this stage, these early results demonstrate stronger engagement, healthier list quality, and greater conversion potential.

There have been a few edm build tasks and a paid display banner build that Uplers have performed. we required a few edm builds for one particular client who needed HTML files for SalesForce Cloudservices. We also required animated paid display ad banners across multiple sizes for the same client.

A responsive edm build that was compatible with Salesforce.

Karan and his team always delivered on time and most of the time delivered earlier than anticipated. They always responded kindly to our very last minute requests and always adapted to some of the challenges we presented them (i.e didn't provide a mobile design). We've had no problems with their builds, and really happy with the QA testing and Email on Acid reports that are provided.

Karan is an awesome account manager, always reaching out to make sure we have everything we need, always connects us quickly with his team, and always so kind to jump on a call to make sure the he is aligned on the brief. 

I was always impressed by how they responded to urgent last-minute requests with a smile on their face, and they always deliver on time with a high quality output.

Mavlers hit the ground running since the beginning. We were looking for a subject matter expert in all things email marketing so that we could confidently assign tasks to them and have them act as the go-between between our clients and the team implementing the task and. 

Mavlers have been able to keep up with multiple client requests, execute plans and strategies without issues and most importantly, provide a positive return on investment for our clients. 

Over all, a very high quality service provider of which I have not one bad thing to say.

Mavlers has proven to be an efficient partner with excellent communication skills, which were key traits we sought in a collaboration. 

My account manager, Karan, is extremely knowledgeable, and I’ve never encountered a problem he couldn't help with. Whenever I approached him with new projects or client needs, he consistently got them evaluated and acted upon without any delays. The team has implemented an excellent system that truly puts my mind at ease. With Karan by my side I feel nothing is impossible.

Priyanka, my primary contact and subject matter expert for email marketing at Mavlers, is by far the best we have worked with. She manages her team so effectively that they can handle multiple clients simultaneously, regardless of the level of attention required. We can’t thank her enough for her support.
