第八十条　指定居宅介護支援事業者は、次条第二項に規定する指定居宅介護支援の事業の運営に関する基準に従い、要介護者の心身の状況等に応じて適切な指定居宅介護支援を提供するとともに、自らその提供する指定居宅介護支援の質の評価を行うことその他の措置を講ずることにより常に指定居宅介護支援を受ける者の立場に立ってこれを提供するように努めなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
