第一条　この法律は、携帯音声通信事業者による携帯音声通信役務の提供を内容とする契約の締結時等における本人確認に関する措置、通話可能端末設備の譲渡等に関する措置等を定めることにより、携帯音声通信事業者による契約者の管理体制の整備の促進及び携帯音声通信役務の不正な利用の防止を図ることを目的とする。＃「携帯音声通信」に’voice communications’が使われているので、「通話可能端末設備」には’telephonic call’をひとまず使っています。＃ - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
