Article 5 When a cooperative has received the certification under the provisions of Article 51, paragraph (2) of the Old Act for a change to the articles of association regarding the matters for which the certification under the provisions of Articles 84 to 86 of the New Act is required, with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 150-2 of the Non-Contentious Cases Procedure Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 103 of the New Act to the registration under the provisions of Articles 84 to 86 of the New Act concerning these matters pertaining to said change of the articles of association, the provisions of Article 51, paragraph (2) of the Old Act shall remain in force. 例文帳に追加
