Article 9-6-3 (1) In the case where the interest insured under a mutual aid contract has been transferred, the transferee may succeed to the rights and obligations under the mutual aid contract which the transferrer holds with regard to said interest insured, by gaining the consent of the business cooperative or minor business cooperative conducting the mutual aid activities.
