Khatri (複数形 Khatris)
- The second-highest of the four castes or varnas in traditional Punjabi society
- A member of ruling or martial class in Punjabi society, regardless of religion.
- Warrior, protector, governing official, judge, administrator, anyone in military or governing hierarchy from king to village chief and from general to foot-soldier.
- Descendants of Indo-Scythians.
- Ancestraly, ethnically and genetically related to Jats, Tarkhans (Ramgarhias), Gujjars, Rajputs, Lohars and Kambojs.

Khatri (Hindi: खत्री, Punjabi: ਖੱਤਰੀ,Urdu: کھتری) is the Punjabi adaptation of Sanskrit or Pali word Kshatriya (Hindi: क्षत्रिय, Kşhatriya). a warrior tribe from the northern Indian subcontinent. As administrators and rulers, Kshatriya were assigned with protecting dharma, and serving humanity and the world.
