(2) An industrial design for which an application for registration ismade shall not be considered to be new if, before the priority date of that application, it or an industrial design differing from it only inimmaterial details or in features commonly used in the relevant trade–(a) was disclosed to the public anywhere in Malaysia; or(b) was the subject matter of another application for registration ofan industrial design filed in Malaysia but having an earlier prioritydate made by a different applicant in so far as that subject matter was included in a registration granted on the basis of that other application.例文帳に追加

(2) 登録出願される意匠は，当該出願の優先日前に，当該意匠が，又は関係する取引において一般的に使用される，重要でない細部若しくは特徴においてのみ当該意匠と異なる意匠が，次に掲げる場合に該当するときは，新規性を有しているとはみなされない。 (a) マレーシアの何れかの場所で公衆に開示されていた場合，又は(b) 他の出願人によりなされたマレーシアでの出願であって，より早い優先日を有する他の意匠登録出願の内容であった場合において，その内容が当該他の出願に基づき付与された登録に含まれていたとき - 特許庁
