SMT V Seed of Life

This sidequest will only be available after choosing to Destroy the Throne and receiving the Seed of Life from Sophia at the World of Shadows after completing 75% of the Demon Compendium.

SMT V Maria Location

Once these conditions are met, you will have access to the sidequest by talking to Maria at the Empyrean.

How to Complete The Noble Queen

Objectives
1 Choose the Destruction of the Throne route.
2 Receive the Seed of Life from Sophia at the World of Shadows after completing 75% of the Demon Compendium.

SMT V Maria Location
Talk to Maria at the Empyrean to access the sidequest.
4 Accept the sidequest and face Danu in a boss fight.
How to Beat Danu
5 Defeating Danu will complete the sidequest and will unlock her for Demon Fusion.

SMT V Danu Fight

Danu consistently uses her unique skill Matriarch's Love which moderately heals her and negates Ailment skill effects.

It's highly recommended to target her weakness to Dark and to bring demons that Null/Repel/Drain Light in order to rack up Press Turns for your party and to cancel out hers.
