Towards Understanding Swahili

Description

This is a repo/org for a paper written with the end goal of understanding the Swahili language and developing language models in an effort to contrite towards solving challenges in Low-Resource Natural Language Processing. Each directory has (will have) a similar description describing the main happenings/tasks etc.
