Generally she unlocks hskills by having dirty things done to her. If you want, you can use 'lewdnun' to see which skills are available atm.

She learns HSkills generally by having lewd acts done to her.

About AI use, in hindsight I'm torn whether going that route was worth it, but also I understand that as a first project doing everything myself would've been too ambitious, so it was ""probably"" worth it, if only insofar as it reduced the friction when the project was starting out.

And as for $$$, its not a priority right now.
