You should be able to get the steam key from Itch by "buying" the free version here. It should give you a steam key. If for some reason it doesn't, please jump onto the Discord and ping me or a mod for help in the help channel there.

Hey there. Sorry you're having problems. Are you updating from the free version TO the premium version? If so, on Android, I believe you have to uninstall the previous version and install the new version. You'd have to backup your save files to transfer them over. 

Incomplete Package error sounds like maybe the download didn't finish properly? Maybe try redownloading the file.

I'm about to start a campaign for this game and I'm wondering if there's any other GMs out there who have ran it or are running it? Is there a discord or a subreddit or anywhere with any tips and advice? I haven't been able to find anything.

This is not normal. I assume you went to the save screen and saved your game before exiting? Even if not, there is a page of autosaves and it autosaves at every decision point. 

It's possible there was a Steam cloud issue, I'm not sure, but the game does save progress and I haven't had any other players report an issue like this.

Originally, I was planning on writing a bunch of erotic novellas like this, but that is what turned into the game. I haven't been written anything else since I started working on Come Home. There will be other games to follow though.

I dont know who Hachi is or what Cuck95 is. There is no Linux version of the game and I don't test on Linux, but I know people who use Linux and dont have issues running the PC version there.

No plans to play as a female character, sorry - That would be basically doubling the work in the game, unfortunately.

Sorry, I don't understand what the problem is. I suggest getting onto the Discord server and asking for help there. The link is on the  main menu screen.

They should be provided by itch automatically upon purchase. If you go to your library, click download below the game, then there should be a claim steam key button on the downloads page. I think there's some exceptions, depending on what country you live in.
