Founded by Victor Ahlin, I.M.I.Self is run according to The Three Principles...

1. Keep it fun and healthy. We aspire to create a fun and healthy work environment to keep us happy and productive.
2. Listen to the people. We listen to constructive criticism from the community and use it as an instrument to take bigger, better steps forward.
