    Q&A to Enjoy Our Park

    You can use it at the admission ticket office／souvenir plaza "Hummingbird", food cafe "Hana Hana", and restaurant "Flora".
    Parking is free. The parking lot accommodates up to 400 vehicles. There are 10 parking bus spots, and 5 parking spots for guests with disabilities.
    It is possible within the same day. When re-entering the park, please show your admission ticket to the reception staff. There are no stamps or other seals.
    We do not allow pets to enter the park. We cannot keep your pet, so please use a nearby pet hotel.
    Our zoo does not accept birds from the general public.

    Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport: Take the airport access bus from any JR station to JR Kakegawa Station. FDA passengers can take the free airport access bus to JR Kakegawa Station, about 30 min

    *The free shuttle bus will be discontinued as of October 26, 2025.
    Approximately 800m walk from the south exit of JR Kakegawa Station. Approximately 5 min by taxi.
