Abstract

The present invention relates to subcutaneous formulations of anti-CD38 antibodies and their uses.

Claims (3)

We claim:
1. Use of a pharmaceutical composition in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a CD38-expressing cancer in a subject, wherein: a) the medicament is to be administered subcutaneously to the subject for a time sufficient to treat the cancer; b) the pharmaceutical composition comprises about 1,800 mg of an anti-CD38 antibody and about 30,000 U of a hyaluronidase; c) the anti-CD38 antibody is of an IgG1 isotype and comprises a heavy chain variable region (VH) of SEQ ID NO: 4 and a light chain variable region (VL) of SEQ ID NO: 5; and d) the hyaluronidase is a human recombinant hyaluronidase.
2. The use of claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a fixed combination or a non-fixed combination.
3. The use of claim 1 or 2, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises about
