Claims (14)
1. Veliki kotrtjajući ležaj (1) koji je konstruisan kao kuglično višeredni kotrljajući prsten, za prihvat aksijalnih opterećenja, radijalnih opterećenja i nagibnih momenata, sa spoljnim prstenom (5), unutrašnjim prstenom (3), prvim redom (K1) kuglica i drugim redom (K2) kuglica, pri čemu su prvi red (K1) kuglica i drugi red (K2) kuglica, rasporedjeni tako da su medjusobno aksijalno razmaknuti u četiri tačke ležaja, i tako povezano sa stazom kotrljanja (7, 9, 15, 17) prvog reda kuglica i stazom kotrljanja (11, 13, 19, 21) drugog reda kuglica, a svaka ima površinu za prihvatanje kotrljanja kuglica, pri čemu je površina svake staze kotrljanja (7,11) u unutrašnjem prstenu veća od površina susednih staza kotrljanja (9, 13) u unutrašnjem prstenu i jednaka površini staza kotrljanja (17, 21) u spoljnom prstenu, dijametralno suprotno spoljnom prstenu, respektivno;
- unutrašnji prsten (3) za prvi red (KI) kuglica ima prstenasto prvo unutrašnje rame (23) i prstenasto drugo unutrašnje rame (25) koje, svako od njih, ograničava jednu od površina za prihvat kuglica prvog reda (K1) i unutrašnji prsten (3) za drugi red (K2) kuglica ima prstenasto treće unutrašnje rame (27) i prstenasto četvrto unutrašnje rame (29) koje, svako pojedinačno ograničava jednu od površina za prijem kulica drugog reda (K2), pri čemu je maksimalni prečnik (d4) četvrtog unutrašnjeg ramena (29) različit od maksimalnog prečnika (dl) prvog unutrašnjeg ramena (23),
naznačeno time što je maksimalni prečnik (d3) trećeg unutrašnjeg ramena (27) različit od maksimalnog prečnika (d2) drugog unutrašnjeg ramena (25) i/ili,
- spoljni prsten (5) za prvi red (K1) kuglica ima prvo prstenasto spoljno rame (31) i drugo prstenasto spoljno rame (33) koje svako od njih ograničava jednu od površina za prihvat kotrljanja kuglica prvog reda (K1) i spoljni prsten (5) za drugi red (K2) kuglica, ima treće prstenasto spoljno rame (35) i četvrto prstenasto spoljno rame (37), koje svako ograničava jednu od površina za prihvat kotrljanja drugog reda (K2) kuglica, pri čemu je minimalni prečnik (D4) četvrtog spoljnog ramena (37) različit od minimalnog prečnika (Dl) prvog spoljnog ramena (31),
naznačeno time što je minimalni prečnik (D3) trećeg spoljnog ramena (35) različit od minimalnog prečnika (D2) drugog spoljnog ramena (33).
2. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 1, naznačeno time što je površina kotrljajućeg dela (9,13) smeštena u unutrašnjem prstenu (3) jednaka površini kotrljajućeg dela (15,19) koji je smešten dijametralno suprotno u spoljnom prstenu (5), respektivno.
3. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodih zahteva naznačeno time što su najveći maksimalni prečnici (d1, d2, d3, d4) unutrašnjih ramena (23, 25, 27, 29) manji od ili jednaki najmanjim minimalnim prečnicima (D1, D2, D3, D4) spoljnih ramena (31, 33, 35, 37).
4. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačeno time da su kuglice (23) prvog reda (K1) kuglica i kuglice (24) drugog reda (K2) kuglica, postavljene duž prve staze kruga prečnika (DL1).
5. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 4, naznačeno time da je najveći od maksimalnih prečnika (d1, d2, d3, d4) unutrašnjih ramena (23, 25, 27, 29) jednak ili u opsegu do 0,5 mm ispod prve staze kruga prečnika (DL1), prvog i drugog reda kuglica.
6. Veliki kotrljajući težaj (1) prema zahtevu 4 ili 5, naznačeno time što je najmanji od minimalnih prečnika (D1, D2, D3, D4) spoljnih ramena (31, 33, 35, 37) jednak ili u opsegu do 0,5 mm iznad prve staze kruga prečnika (DL1), prvog i drugog reda kuglica.
7. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 5 ili 6, naznačeno time što je maksimalni prečnik (d1) prvog unutrašnjeg ramena (23) jednak maksimamalnom prečniku (d3) trećeg unutrašnjeg ramena (27), i veći od maksimalnog prečnika (d2, d4) drugog i četvrtog unutrašnje ramena (25, 29), respektivno.
8. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodih zahteva, naznačeno time da je minimali prečnik (D2) drugog spoljnog ramena (33) jednak minimalnom prečniku (D4) četvrtog spoljnog ramena (37) i manje od minimumalnog prečnika (D1, D3) prvog i trećeg spoljnog ramena (31, 35), respektivno.
9. Veliki kotrljajući težaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahteva, naznačeno time što su kuglice (23) prvog reda (K1) kuglica rasporedjene duž prve staze kruga kotrljanja prečnika (DL1) i kuglice (24) drugog reda (K2) kuglica su rasporedjenje duž druge staze kruga kotrljanja prečnika (D2), koji je različit od minimalnog prečnika (DI) prvog spoljnog ramena (K1).
10. Veliki kortrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 9, naznačeno time da je makimalni prečnik (d1) prvog unutrašnjeg ramena (23) veći od maksimalnog prečnika (d2) drugog unutrašneg ramena (25), i maksimalni prečnik (d3) trećeg unutrašneg ramena (27) je veći od maksimalnog prečnika (đ4) četvrtog unutrašnjeg ramena (29).
11. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 9 ili zahtevu 10, naznačeno time da je minimalni prečnik (D4) četvrtog spoljnog ramena (37) manji od minimalnog prečnika (D3) trećeg spoljnog ramena (35) i minimalni prečnik (D2) drugog spoljnog ramena (33) je manji od minimalnog prečnika (D1) prvog spoljnog ramena (31).
12. Veliki kotrljajući težaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahteva, naznačeno time da prvi red (K1) kuglica obuhvata kuglice (23) imajući prvi prečnik kuglice, i drugi red (K2) kuglica sadrži kuglice (24) koje imaju drugi prečnik kuglice koji je različit od prvog prečnika kuglice.
13. Veliki kotrljajući težaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahteva, naznačeno time da veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) ima jedan iti više dodatnih redova kuglica, a jedan ili više redova kuglica su rasporedjeni sa aksijalnim razmakom jedan od drugog u četiri tačke ležaja, i tako povezano sa četiri staze kotrljanja koje, svaka, imaju površinu za prihvat kotrljanja kuglica, a površina dela staze smeštene u unutrašnjem prstenu je veća od površine susednog dela staze smeštene u unutrašnjem prstenu i jednako površini dijametralno suprotne staze sa površinom koja je obezbedjena u spoljašnjem prstenu.
14. Vetroturbina sa tornjem koja ima glavu tornja i kućište konfigurisano tako da prihvati rotor, a kućište je rotacijski podržano u odnosu na toranj putem azimut ležaja, naznačeno time da je azimut ležaj konstruisan kao veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahteva od 1 do 13.
