Claims (15)
- アキシャル荷重、ラジアル荷重及び傾動モーメントを受容するための複列型ボール式回転ジョイントとして構成される大型転がり軸受であって、
外輪(5)、内輪(3)、第1ボール列(K1)及び第2ボール列(K2)を有し、該第1ボール列(K1)と該第2ボール列(K2)は軸方向に互いに対し離隔され夫々4点支持構造をなして配され、該第1ボール列には4つの軌道部分(7、9、15、17)及び該第2ボール列には4つの軌道部分(11、13、19、21)が割り当てられ、これらの軌道部分は夫々ボール軌道を受容するための1つの面を有する大型転がり軸受であって、
前記内輪に設けられる夫々1つの軌道部分(7、11)の面は、該内輪に設けられ夫々隣接する軌道部分(9、13)の面より大きく、かつ、前記外輪に設けられ夫々径方向に反対側に位置する軌道部分(17、21)の面に等しいこと、及び
大型転がり軸受は、以下の(a)及び(b)の少なくとも1つであるように構成されること
(a)前記第3内肩部(27)の最大径(d3)は前記第2内肩部(25)の最大径(d2)と異なること、
(b)前記第3外肩部(35)の最小径(D3)は前記第2外肩部(33)の最小径(D2)と異なること
を特徴とする大型転がり軸受。 - 前記内輪(3)に設けられる前記隣接する軌道部分(9、13)の面は、前記外輪に設けられ夫々径方向に反対側に位置する軌道部分(15、19)の面に等しいこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記内輪(3)は、前記第1ボール列(K1)のために、該第1ボール列(K1)のボール軌道を受容するための面(複数)の1つを夫々画する輪状の第1内肩部(23)及び輪状の第2内肩部(25)を有し、前記内輪(3)は、前記第2ボール列(K2)のために、該第2ボール列(K2)のボール軌道を受容するための面(複数)の1つを夫々画する輪状の第3内肩部(27)及び輪状の第4内肩部(29)を有すること、
前記第4内肩部(29)の最大径(d4)は前記第1内肩部(23)の最大径(d1)と異なること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記外輪(5)は、前記第1ボール列(K1)のために、該第1ボール列(K1)のボール軌道を受容するための面(複数)の1つを夫々画する輪状の第1外肩部(31)及び輪状の第2外肩部(33)を有し、前記外輪(5)は、前記第2ボール列(K2)のために、該第2ボール列(K2)のボール軌道を受容するための面(複数)の1つを夫々画する輪状の第3外肩部(35)及び輪状の第4外肩部(37)を有すること、
前記第4外肩部(37)の最小径(D4)は前記第1外肩部(31)の最小径(D1)と異なること
を特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記第1ボール列(K1)のボール(22)と前記第2ボール列(K2)のボール(24)は、第1軌道輪径(DL1)に沿って配されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記内肩部(23、25、27、29)の最大径(d1、d2、d3、d4)の最大値は、前記第1及び第2ボール列の第1軌道輪径(DL1)に等しいか0.5mmだけ小さい範囲内にあること
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記外肩部(31、33、35、37)の最小径(D1、D2、D3、D4)の最小値は、前記第1及び第2ボール列の第1軌道輪径(DL1)に等しいか0.5mmだけ大きい範囲内にあること
を特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記第1内肩部(23)の最大径(d1)は、前記第3内肩部(27)の最大径(d3)に等しく、かつ、前記第2及び第4内肩部(25、29)の夫々の最大径(d2、d4)より大きいこと
を特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記第2外肩部(33)の最小径(D2)は、前記第4外肩部(37)の最小径(D4)に等しく、かつ、前記第1及び第3外肩部(31、35)の夫々の最小径(D1、D3)より小さいこと
を特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記第1ボール列(K1)のボール(22)は前記第1軌道輪径(DL1)に沿って配され、前記第2ボール列(K2)のボール(24)は、該第1ボール列(K1)の径(DL1)と異なる第2軌道輪径(DL2)に沿って配されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記第1内肩部(23)の最大径(d1)は前記第2内肩部(25)の最大径(d2)より大きく、前記第3内肩部(27)の最大径(d3)は前記第4内肩部(29)の最大径(d4)より大きいこと
を特徴とする請求項10に記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記第4外肩部(37)の最小径(D4)は前記第3外肩部(35)の最小径(D3)より小さく、前記第2外肩部(33)の最小径(D2)は前記第1外肩部(31)の最小径(D1)より小さいこと
を特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記第1ボール列(K1)は第1ボール径を有する複数のボール(22)から構成され、前記第2ボール列(K2)は前記第1ボール径とは異なる第2ボール径を有する複数のボール(24)から構成されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の大型転がり軸受。 - 前記大型転がり軸受は1又は複数の更なるボール列を有すること、該1又は複数のボール列は軸方向に互いに対し離隔され夫々4点支持構造をなして配されること、夫々のボール列には、ボール軌道を受容するための夫々1つの面を有する4つの軌道部分が割り当てられること、及び、内輪に設けられる夫々1つの軌道部分の面は、該内輪に設けられ夫々隣接する軌道部分の面より大きく、かつ、外輪に設けられ夫々径方向に反対側に位置する軌道部分の面に等しいこと
を特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れかに記載の大型転がり軸受。 - タワー頂部を有するタワーと、ロータを受容するよう構成されたゴンドラとを有し、該ゴンドラが方位制御軸受によって該タワーに対し相対的に回動可能に支承された風力発電装置であって、
前記方位制御軸受が請求項1〜14の何れかに記載の大型転がり軸受として構成されること
を特徴とする風力発電装置。
