Claims (11)
1. Farmaceutska kompozicija koja sadrži jedinjenje formule IIB:
ili farmaceutski prihvatljiva so, solvat, stereoizomer i/ili ester od njega, pri čemu: R103i<R10b>su svaki nezavisno H ili -cM alkil; Ru je H ili -CH3; R" je -(CH2jVjCR17R18NR20R", -(CH2)wCR<17>R<18>NR'<7>C(0) NR<m>R<21>, -(CH2),.3C(0)R*2, -(CH2),.3S(0)2R<22>ili -(CHOio-R23; RH i R<15>su svaki nezavisno H, -Cm alkil ili arilalkil; R17 i R<18>su svaki nezavisno H ili -Ci 3 alkil; Rl* je H, -Cmalkil ili arilalkil;R20i R<21>su svaki nezavisno H, -C-jalkil, -C(0)R17 ili -S(0)2R<17>;ili R20 i R<21>, uzeti zajedno sa atomom azota za koji su vezani, formiraju nesupstituisani ili supstituisani 5-6 člani heterociklični prsten koji sadrži 1-2 heteroatoma izabrana iz grupe koja se sastoji od N i 0; R22 je H, -CH alkil, -OR19ili -NR<20>R21;iRJ3 nesupstituisani ili supstituisani 5-6-Člani heterociklični prsten koji sadrži 1-2 heteroatoma izabrana iz grupe koja se sastoji od N i 0;
pi čemu je navedeni nesupstituisani ili supstituisani petočlani-šestočlani član heterociklični prsten formiran od R<20>i R<21>i navedeni nesupstituisani ili supstituisani petočlani-šestočlani heterociklični prsten od R<23>su svaki nezavisno nesupstituisani ili supstituisani sa C|.2alkilom, farmaceutski prihvatljivim nosačem ili pomoćnim sredstvom-ekscipijentom i atazanavirom ili farmaceutski prihvatljivom soli, solvatom i/ili estrom od njih.
2.Farmaceutska kompozicija prema patentnom zahtevu 1, koja sadrži jedinjenje formule IIB, ili farmaceutski prihvatljivu so, solvat, stereoizomer i/ili estar od njih, pri čemu R<u>je -(CH;V3CR1''RiaNRMR2', - (CH2)0.3CR<17>R<l8>NR<l7>C(O) NR<20>R<21>ili -(CH2),.3-R<23>.
3.Farmaceutska kompozicija prema patentnom zahtevu 2, koja sadrži jedinjenje formule IIB, ili farmaceutski prihvatljivu so, solvat, stereoizomer i/ili estar od njih, pri čemu R<n>je-(CHj)o.jCR,<7>R<18>NR<20>R21 ili-(CH2y3 CR17R18NR17C(O)-NR20R21.
4.Farmaceutska kompozicija prema patentnom zahtevu 1 pri čemu jedinjenje formule IIB je jedinjenje formule IIC:
ili farmaceutski prihvatljiva so, solvat, stereoizomer i/ili ester od njega, pri čemu: R13 je -(CHO0.3- CR1ZR1SNR20R21, -(CH2)W CR<l7>R18NR<i;>C(0) NR<20>R<21>, -(CH2),.3C(0)R<22>ili -(CHO^-R23; R17 i R<18>su svaki nezavisno H ili C,-3 alkil; RI9je H, -Cm alkil ili arilalkil; R20 i R<2!>su svaki nezavisno H, -d-salkil, -C(0)R<1?>i!i-S(0)2R17; ili R<20>i R<21>, uzeti zajedno sa atomom azota za koji su vezani, formiraju petočlani-šestočlani heterociklični prsten koji sadrži 1-2 heteroatoma izabrana iz grupe koja se sastoji od N i 0; R22 je H, -Ci-3alkil, -OR19ili -NR<20>R:i;i R23 je nesupstituisani ili supstituisani petočlani-šestočlani heterociklični prsten koji sadrži 1-2 heteroatoma izabrana iz grupe koja se sastoji od N i 0;
5.Farmaceutska kompozicija prema patentnom zahtevu 1 pri čemu je jedinjenje formule IIB jedinjenje formule IIBa:
ili farmaceutski prihvatljiva so, solvat, i/ili ester od njega.
