Abstract
Description
続いて、本発明の第1の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図5は、本発明を車両に適用した第1の実施形態の構成を示す図である。図5を参照すると、管理サーバ200からデータを受信し、第2のエリアにデータを送信可能な車両100が示されている。
続いて、第2のエリアに送信先が存在しない場合に、測定データの送信を抑止するようにした第2の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図9は、本発明の第2の実施形態の構成を示す図である。図5に示した第1の実施形態との相違点は、車両100aに、送信先確認手段108が追加され、測定制御手段112の動作に変更が加えられている点である。その他の構成は第1の実施形態と同様であるため、以下、その相違点を中心に説明する。
続いて、車車間通信を用いて、車両同士が測定した画像やデータをマルチホップ転送するようにした第3の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図12は、本発明の第3の実施形態の構成を示す図である。図5に示した第1の実施形態との相違点は、車両100bに、送信手段103が、送受信手段113に置き換えられ、測定データを中継可能となっている点である。その他の構成は第1の実施形態と同様であるため、以下、その相違点を中心に説明する。
続いて、測定した画像やデータの送信を抑止する区間を設定可能とした第4の実施形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図15は、本発明の第4の実施形態の構成を示す図である。図5に示した第1の実施形態との相違点は、車両100cの送信手段123に、送信抑止手段126が備えられ、指定されたエリアで、測定データの送信を抑止する機能が追加されている点である。その他の構成は第1の実施形態と同様であるため、以下、その相違点を中心に説明する。
本開示の各実施形態において、各装置の各構成要素は、機能単位のブロックを示している。各装置の各構成要素の一部又は全部は、例えば図18に示すような情報処理装置900とプログラムとの任意の組み合わせにより実現される。図18は、各装置の各構成要素を実現する情報処理装置900のハードウェア構成の一例を示すブロック図である。情報処理装置900は、一例として、以下のような構成を含む。
・CPU(Central Processing Unit)901
・ROM(Read Only Memory)902
・RAM(Random Access Memory)903
・RAM903にロードされるプログラム904
・プログラム904を格納する記憶装置905
・記録媒体906の読み書きを行うドライブ装置907
・通信ネットワーク909と接続する通信インターフェース908

センシング対象のデータを計測可能なセンサと、
前記センサを用いた計測を行う地理的範囲を示す第1のエリアと、計測したデータを送信する地理的範囲を示す第2のエリアとを対応付けて記憶する記憶手段と、
前記第1のエリアに入ったことを検知し、前記第1のエリアに対応するデータを測定する測定制御手段と、
前記第2のエリアに位置する送信先に前記測定したデータを送信する送信手段と、
を備える移動体。

上記した移動体は、さらに、
前記第2のエリアに、前記送信先が存在するか否かを確認する送信先確認手段を備え、
前記第2のエリアに前記送信先が存在しない場合、前記測定したデータの送信を抑止する構成を採ることができる。

さらに、車車間通信で、他の移動体から送信された前記データを受信する受信手段と、
所定の範囲内に前記車車間通信で受信したデータを送信すべき送信先が存在するか否かにより、前記受信手段で受信したデータの中継要否を判定する中継要否判定手段とを備え、
前記送信手段は、前記中継要否の判定結果に応じて、前記受信した前記データを送信する構成を採ることができる。

上記した移動体の前記中継要否判定手段は、前記所定の範囲内、かつ、自装置の周辺に前記データの送信元以外の移動体が存在するか否かにより、前記受信手段で受信したデータの中継要否を判定する構成を採ることができる。

前記センシング対象のデータの種類ごとに、前記第1のエリア及び前記第2のエリアを設定可能な構成を採ることができる。

Claims (11)
- センシング対象のデータを計測可能なセンサと、
前記センサを用いた計測を行う地理的範囲を示す第1のエリアと、計測したデータを送信する地理的範囲を示す第2のエリアとを対応付けて記憶する記憶手段と、
前記第1のエリアに入ったことを検知し、前記第1のエリアに対応するデータを測定する測定制御手段と、
前記第2のエリアに位置する送信先に前記測定したデータを送信する送信手段と、
を備える移動体。 - さらに、
前記第2のエリアに、前記送信先が存在するか否かを確認する送信先確認手段を備え、
前記第2のエリアに前記送信先が存在しない場合、前記測定したデータの送信を抑止する請求項1の移動体。 - さらに、車車間通信で、他の移動体から送信された前記データを受信する受信手段と、
所定の範囲内に前記車車間通信で受信したデータを送信すべき送信先が存在するか否かにより、前記受信手段で受信したデータの中継要否を判定する中継要否判定手段とを備え、
前記送信手段は、前記中継要否の判定結果に応じて、前記受信した前記データを送信する請求項1又は2の移動体。 - 前記中継要否判定手段は、前記所定の範囲内、かつ、自装置の周辺に前記データの送信元以外の移動体が存在するか否かにより、前記受信手段で受信したデータの中継要否を判定する請求項3の移動体。
- 前記センシング対象のデータの種類ごとに、前記第1のエリア及び前記第2のエリアを設定可能である請求項1から4いずれか一の移動体。
- さらに、前記測定したデータの送信を抑止する地理的範囲を示す第3のエリアの情報を保持し、自装置が前記第3のエリアに位置する場合、前記測定したデータの送信を抑止する、請求項1から5いずれか一の移動体。
- 前記センシング対象のデータは、カメラ画像であり、前記第1のエリアは、信号機のない交差点に設定されている請求項1から6いずれか一の移動体。
- 前記第2のエリアは、前記信号機のない交差点の周囲に設定されている請求項7の移動体。
- 請求項1から8いずれか一の移動体に対して、前記センシング対象のデータの種類と、前記第1のエリアを示す情報と、前記第2のエリアを示す情報とを送信し、
前記移動体の前記記憶手段に記憶させる管理サーバ。 - センシング対象のデータを計測可能なセンサを用いた計測を行う地理的範囲を示す第1のエリアに入ったことを検知し、前記第1のエリアに対応するデータを計測し、
前記第1のエリアに対応付けられた前記計測したデータを送信する地理的範囲を示す第2のエリアに位置する送信先に前記計測したデータを送信する、
データの送信方法。 - センシング対象のデータを計測可能なセンサを用いた計測を行う地理的範囲を示す第1のエリアに入ったことを検知し、前記第1のエリアに対応するデータを計測する処理と、
前記第1のエリアに対応付けられた前記計測したデータを送信する地理的範囲を示す第2のエリアに位置する送信先に前記計測したデータを送信する処理と、
をコンピュータに実行させるプログラムを記憶する、コンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体。
